This is my first meal plan post. And having 5 people with 5 different tastes and dietary needs makes it quite challenging! It's a good thing cooking is my first passion! I accept this challenge head on!!
Mon, Italian turkey sausage and peppers over whole wheat pasta, side salad
Tues, Crab cakes served along side cilantro-lime rice (make triple amount for later in week), and broccoli.
Wed, Black bean, corn and chicken quesadillas, served with greek yogurt, side salad topped with left over cilantro-lime rice and tortilla strips.
Thur, Turkey meatloaf, with homemade mashed potatoes (make double serving), peas.
Fri, Orange-ginger glazed salmon, mock-fried rice, (using leftover rice from Tues dinner and peas from Thur dinner!) salad.
Sat, Roasted chick legs with mashed potato patties (using leftover mashed from Thur dinner), and mixed veggies.
Sun, BBQ boneless pork ribs (use boneless country style ribs, less $$ and fat!), mac & cheese, homemade low fat coleslaw
